Florida Non-Warrantable Condominiums including Condotels are subject to underwriters approval. All Non-Warrantable Condominiums will be reviewed and approved by Florida mortgage lenders Condo Team. Final Risk Levels are determined by the Condo Team after a Full Review is performed.
